And then, disaster struck:

Seventeen days post-TPLO surgery, our other dog, Grover,
accidently landed on Zev's leg while she was laying down.

The result was this fracture. In the x-ray, the thin dark line
to the right of the plate in her leg (showing solid white)
shouldn't be there. That's a new fracture.

Poor Zev now has a large splint on her leg and has to go
back to her ortho surgeon on Monday morning (8/18/2003).

There's a pretty big gap in her repair site... this might
take a while to heal.
